Ingredients: 10.2% Methyl Salicylate, 5.44% Menthol and 1.36% Eugenol. Directions: Apply Counterpain warm to the affected and using your fingertips, massage in a circular motion, deeply into the skin on and around the painful area, until it is absorbed into the skin.
